We rented a car through TanzaniaAssist. Everything went perfectly. The car was delivered to the hotel on time. The personal contact was very friendly – we highly recommend them. Thank you so much! Tanzania Assist is always available via WhatsApp, which is very helpful.

Highly recommended services. They accommodated all our requests, and their prices are reasonable. I would definitely use their services again.

The airport transfer to the hotel went very well. The driver was on time and very friendly.

The assigned company was very professional. The cars were clean, and the driver was on time. On arrival day, we boarded the plane earlier than expected, so I notified Tanzania Assist. They contacted the driver, and he was there on time despite the short notice. I highly recommend them. The online Helpdesk was also very efficient, professional, and available whenever needed.

I wanted to send a birthday gift to a friend and it was arranged perfectly according to my special wishes. When I had a question, there was a quick and good respons. Great service!

Perfect and reliable service to book a taxi pickup from the airport in Dar es Salaam. Payment online upfront. Great communication via WhatsApp.

Excellent. Our driver/guide worked hard for us and gave us a great day. Thanks

We had our Transfer from the Airport to the Hotel in Nungwi. Very kind, friendly and helpful guys, it was a very nice, warm welcome to Zanzibar! Any time again!

Msham was a perfect guide. Trying to get us to our places asap. Showed us extra items on our way, had plenty of patience and well cooled car. Great experience thru out booking as well. It couldn’t be easier as operators are very attentive to any detail. Thank you Igor Boras

We were very impressed with their response time and importantly their follow up on the two services obtained through them. They steered us in the right direction and reminded us before hand of the upcoming trips, one for transport of 10 to airport and then trip of 16 to snorkeling. This would highly recommend their services.

Everything is great and the price is friendly.

From the first message to the final drop-off, the service was flawless. They replied to my inquiries almost instantly, which made planning so easy. The transfers were completely stress-free, and the tour was a major highlight of our trip. Will definitely book again

The Driver and the guide are very kind. They explained many things about Tanzania. Hospitality is super and my trip become amazing thanks to them. They are always on time, never delay. I recommend this reliable service!

We used this service three times - once in Zanzibar and twice in Arusha. All of these trips were associated with pick up’s or drop off at airports. The communication and services were excellent. Make sure you use military time as 9:30 pm may be taken as 09:30 AM. All of the drivers went prompt, easy to communicate with and had nice vehicles. The pricing was competitive and we liked paying upfront for the rides. I would not hesitate to use these services again or to recommend them to fellow travelers.

Quick response on inquiry, very professional and easy to communicate. We were very satisfied with driver and car, we booked. Driver was friendly and professional and we felt safe to be driven by him

Excellent service, fast response and great drivers highly recommended tanzania assist

Worked well

I used TanzaniaAssist for an airport pickup service, and overall it was a very positive experience. Their WhatsApp responses were fast and consistently polite. Due to an issue with our luggage, we came out almost one hour later than the scheduled pickup time, yet the staff waited patiently without a single complaint. The staff were genuinely kind and professional. We were a group of four with a lot of luggage. When we tried to carry the bags ourselves, the driver told us to get in and handled all the luggage for us. We arrived home safely, and importantly, the driver never asked for a tip, which made the experience feel comfortable and respectful. One thing that did confuse me slightly was that the vehicle that arrived was different from the photo they had sent. The photo showed a white car, but a black one arrived instead. While the vehicle quality was the same and the color itself was not an issue, I chose the service based on the provided photo, so it felt momentarily like a different service than expected. That said, the overall service was reliable, professional, and pleasant. I would consider using TanzaniaAssist again in the future.

I highly recommend this agency! They're fantastic! They're very responsive on WhatsApp, accommodating, and friendly. Not only does the agency offer safaris and excursions, but also other services like booking taxis, purchasing train tickets, etc. It's so complicated to plan a trip from afar. Luckily, TanzaniaAssist provides all the help you need. A huge thank you!

100% service! Helpful driver, stops on the way to the shops and helps you! Good thing we took this taxi

Excellent transport service connecting me with local vetted drivers. The service was timely and affordable.

Perfect service! Will recommend this to everyone visiting Zanzibar or Tanzania. They make life so convenient!! Thank you so much 😊

Thank you Salome, Aysha & your service provider, y'all are amazing.

Great service. My go to taxi service when I am in Zanzibar.

The advice and service were incredibly friendly and professional. They obtained several quotes and presented them with pictures of the cars and their corresponding prices. I felt well taken care of from the very beginning. Booking and communication via WhatsApp was incredibly convenient, quick, and easy. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Perfect service

Great service! Recommended! Driver Brunoh was great!

A platform so practical and simple that there's really nothing to say. It works lightning fast and our transport was first-class.

Great experience today with TanzaniaAssist! 🙂

Car should have been washed and not just cleaned inside. Plus, driver should of came on the airport entry first doors with named sign & not wait outside in the parking lot area.

Thank you for the excellent service! I was assisted on a Sunday by this business and they were brilliant! They constantly kept me updated and sent reminders! What a pleasure to deal with you!

Thank you so much for all , for the organization, for the kindness of every single person that helped me plan my tours . Today we had a great experience at SHABBUTA spice farm and the driver was amazing . We will be with him tomorrow as well .

Great service, prompt responses and trustworthy. Thumbs up.

Very excellent, reliable. When I came out, driver was already waiting for me with my name plate. Highly recommended

An excellent service! A wonderful way to get personalized experience for a good cost in Tanzania. Our guide, Justo, was fabulous!!!! We will end of using them when we go to Zanzibar.

Needed a driver last moment the day before a trip, they were quick in reply and had good communication. Also better prices than my hotel would offer.

A truly comprehensive day, tailor-made for us, culminating in our midnight drop-off at the airport. The monkeys in Fozani Forest, the mangroves, Zanzibar City, and our guide Abu's insightful explanations. The excursion to Prison Island, the giant tortoises, and the sunset boat trip. Thank you so much for accompanying us, Abu and Massoud, and for taking such good care of us and our belongings. Without a doubt, if I return, I will contact Tanzania Assist again!

Very helpful and reliable service.
