The assigned company was very professional. The cars were clean, and the driver was on time. On arrival day, we boarded the plane earlier than expected, so I notified Tanzania Assist. They contacted the driver, and he was there on time despite the short notice. I highly recommend them. The online Helpdesk was also very efficient, professional, and available whenever needed.

We used this service three times - once in Zanzibar and twice in Arusha. All of these trips were associated with pick up’s or drop off at airports. The communication and services were excellent. Make sure you use military time as 9:30 pm may be taken as 09:30 AM. All of the drivers went prompt, easy to communicate with and had nice vehicles. The pricing was competitive and we liked paying upfront for the rides. I would not hesitate to use these services again or to recommend them to fellow travelers.

I used TanzaniaAssist for an airport pickup service, and overall it was a very positive experience. Their WhatsApp responses were fast and consistently polite. Due to an issue with our luggage, we came out almost one hour later than the scheduled pickup time, yet the staff waited patiently without a single complaint. The staff were genuinely kind and professional. We were a group of four with a lot of luggage. When we tried to carry the bags ourselves, the driver told us to get in and handled all the luggage for us. We arrived home safely, and importantly, the driver never asked for a tip, which made the experience feel comfortable and respectful. One thing that did confuse me slightly was that the vehicle that arrived was different from the photo they had sent. The photo showed a white car, but a black one arrived instead. While the vehicle quality was the same and the color itself was not an issue, I chose the service based on the provided photo, so it felt momentarily like a different service than expected. That said, the overall service was reliable, professional, and pleasant. I would consider using TanzaniaAssist again in the future.
