Snorkeling in Kigoma (Lake Tanganyika)

The tour was interesting, and the driver was good. However, we feel the travel agency should have informed us in advance about the guides who wait at the park entrances and accompany tourists to geysers and waterfalls. The booking confirmation made no mention of this at all; it only stated that park entrance fees, food, and drinks were not included. When we have no idea how much the guide’s services will cost, we don't know how much cash to bring, since credit cards aren't accepted in places like that.

Easy booking process, very responsive to my queries on what’s app, driver was on time and accomodating. Definitely recommended!

We rented a car through TanzaniaAssist. Everything went perfectly. The car was delivered to the hotel on time. The personal contact was very friendly – we highly recommend them. Thank you so much! Tanzania Assist is always available via WhatsApp, which is very helpful.

I contacted the agency online and they were prompt in their replies. They were able to suggest the itinerary for me, and were flexible with my requests. The driver was punctual and drove safely. There was no hard-selling.

I had never booked through this company before and was concerned. But the driver was even early and everything was perfect. Absolutely the most amazing lemur experience.
